To check the house availability please go to the Sawdays Website. Depending on the time of year the house is priced at between £1,500 and £4,500 per week. There is a 3 night minimum stay and cost for this would be around 75% of a 7 night stay. Brickworks Annexe – for availability or any other enquiries please contact me direct on the Enquiry Form. Depending on the time of year the annexe is priced at between £500 and £1,600 per week. There is a 3 night minimum stay and this would cost around 75% of a 7 night stay.

The house and annexe can be booked separately or together. The house sleeps 8 in 3 double rooms and 2 single rooms and the Annexe sleeps 4 in a very large bedroom with a large double bed and 2 single beds in the same room.
